
Here is the type of aluminium foil coated plastic bag from Quaker. You can use any other type as well as long as it has the same type of material.

You can put plenty of fruits and (or) vegetables in it.
Don't fold or seal the opening of the bag. Just leave it open.

After a week the vegetables are still fresh. No dehydration at all. Amazing, isn't it?

Look at the ocra (lady finger). They are still fresh.
