When Lady Gaga was asked how she stays fit she answered by saying she uses “The Drunk Diet”.
She added, “I live my life as I want to, creatively. I like to drink whiskey and stuff while I am working. But the deal is I've got to work out every day, and I work out hung over if I am hung over. And it's about the cross training and keeping yourself inspired. I have to say, I do a ton of yoga.”
Although the style icon’s hair may be falling out, her skin is flawless. Gaga stated that she always uses sunscreen, “I don't like to tan my face because it's bad for wrinkles.”
Seven days a week Gaga sleeps with her make-up on. She says, “That is not good for your skin, but I'm blessed with good genes.”
With billions of fans looking up to Lady Gaga’s philosophies of life she tells them, “Just go with your gut, whenever you try to be someone else, it’s boring.”
This week will be the sixth week Lady Gaga’s single, “Born This Way”, has been number one on the Hot 100’s. The successful singer and the rest of her fans anxiously wait for her new album release on May 23.
